Our own shopping experiances online and offline, helped us take the challenge to create a
better shopping experiance with some genuine integrity behind the sales.
Having done business with some of our competition in the past has helped us realize how bad some
companies can treat some or all of their customers online. We feel this really makes the online community look bad
and suffer. If you really want to determine how well a company treats its customers it is possible to get a general
idea online, it just takes a little work.
When you consider how few customers that having had a bad experiance online actually take action
and report said company to the Better Business Bureauro, Then checking the BBB rating of a company can tell alot.
If a company cannot be found in the BBB listing then it usually means its at least average or better. If a company
has alot of complaints, like some of our competition, then there is likely a serious problem with customer
service.
Be careful online. Check those companies out before you buy.
